Rates:
- Nightly rates vary by property, season, and demand, ranging from $129 to $389 per night
- Cleaning fees vary by property size and needs but are typically under $100 per stay
- A 7% tax is added to each booking (tourism tax, Arkansas state tax, and local sales tax)
House Rules:
- Maximum 2 guests; no children or pets (Terrace guests may bring 1 dog)
- Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are perfect for guests who want to stay with us but haven’t finalized their dates yet. They can be purchased in $100 increments, used toward any property, and are valid for two years from the purchase date.

Cancellation Policy:
