Traveling with a group? Each of our properties is designed for couples, offering full privacy while still being close to one another and to shared gathering spaces like balconies, Henry’s Hideout, and, of course, the lake.
For larger getaways of up to eight guests, multiple couples can book two to four Henry Hollow Retreat properties together. Each home offers the same great amenities with its own unique theme, so guests can choose the style that suits them best. Henry’s Hideout:
Henry’s Hideout sits on one acre of land adjacent to Beaver Lake and offers a spacious gathering area for up to eight guests, complete with lounge chairs, hammocks, two fireplaces, outdoor games, a short walking trail, and an outdoor movie screen and projector. Couples can spend the day together at the lake, gather to play or relax at Henry’s Hideout, then end the evening in the privacy of their own home.
Rates:
- Nightly rates vary by property, season, and demand, ranging from $129 to $389 per night
- Cleaning fees vary by property size and needs but are typically under $100 per stay
- A 7% tax is added to each booking (tourism tax, Arkansas state tax, and local sales tax)
House Rules:
- Maximum 2 guests; no children or pets (Terrace guests may bring 1 dog)
- Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM–9:00 AM
- No smoking or vaping inside the home
- Fires are allowed in designated areas only

Payment is due at booking unless otherwise noted. We accept credit and debit cards at checkout.
Cancellation Policy:
